baptism

Baptism is not merely a symbolic step after salvation, but a vital part of responding to the gospel. It is where faith and repentance meet obedience, uniting us with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.
The Bible teaches that we are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9), by repenting of our sins (Acts 3:19), and by confessing Jesus as Lord (Romans 10:9).

Once we’ve made that decision, Scripture commands believers to be baptized by immersion (Acts 2:38; Colossians 2:12).
Baptism symbolizes our union with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Romans 6:4; Galatians 3:27) and serves as a public testimony of the new life we’ve received in Him.
